Balnafettach Farm will open the Shop from Saturday 20th December to Christmas Eve. Opening hours will be 10am to 4pm (only to 1pm on Christmas Eve). Open at other times by appointment.

Balnafettach Farm will host its Open Day on Saturday 9th August. We all had a great Open Day last year so we decided to organise another one this year. Everybody is welcome to visit our Farm on that day, see our cattle, sheep, hens, sheepdog etc. and take part in many different events.

Balnafettach Farm was featured in the first part of the 4-part series “Marco’s Great British Feast” which was shown on national TV (STV) on Wednesday 2nd July at 9pm.

Gates Open Day

We had a wonderful Open Day on our farm as part of the Gates Open programme organised by the Highlands & Islands Food network on Saturday 6th October. Many local folk and further away visitors came to join us on a day full of activities. Our butchery demos on a home-grown Jacob X lamb were particularly successful – and so were the tastings afterwards!
