Balnafettach Farm was featured in the first part of the 4-part series “Marco’s Great British Feast” which was shown on national TV (STV) on Wednesday 2nd July at 9pm.
Balnafettach Farm was featured in the first part of the 4-part series “Marco’s Great British Feast” which was shown on national TV (STV) on Wednesday 2nd July at 9pm. Bill introduced Michelin-Star Chef Marco-Pierre White to our lovely hairy coos and then invited him to taste some of our wonderful pure Highland Beef. Marco was obviously very impressed with our Beef, as his comment was “Really good! Fantastic steak! I can’t remember the last time I had beef as good as this!”
