Rare Breed Bacon and Gammon
We do not (yet) breed pigs on our farm, but occasionally buy a litter of rare breed weaners (we like the Tamworths especially) and raise them ourselves until they reach a suitable size / time to be turned into some beautiful pork and home-cured products.
Our farm-cured Bacon and Gammon are very popular, as it is cured in a traditional way, using a sweet sugar-based cure. It is guaranteed to make your cooked breakfast or your bacon rolls even more irresistible!
