Scotch Lamb

If you think you know what normal Lamb tastes like, then try something different! All of our lambs for sale are either pure Jacob, pure Kerryhill or Jacob Crosses. Jacobs and Kerryhills These are traditional breeds of sheep (more breed information here), kept in low intensely grazings and it shows in the quality of the meat – it is much tastier than normal lamb, and especially so the Jacob meat, which in our opinion is quite unlike any other lamb.

Our flock of sheep & lambs graze freely on natural land, some of which is covered with heather. They receive the minimum Veterinary intervention / treatments consistent with maintaining good natural health. Our lambs are born during the month of April, so the earliest we normally have our new season lamb available is early October.
