Smoked Products

Curing and smoking were processes originally intended to prolong the shelf-life of various meats and fish, but as these processes have become better understood, they now can produce meat products which are both unusual and very tasty!

Our meat is mostly dry-cured with a sugar base, and then smoked over natural native wood chips to produce hot and cold smoked products.

Absolutely delicious served as an apéritif or as a starter (with salad leaves / chutneys / oatcakes etc.) but be warned – once a pack of our delicious smoked products is open, it is usually entirely eaten in one go! Try some of our Smoked Pure Highland Cattle Beef, Cairngorm Lamb or Wild Venison.
